Ingredients:

Munchie Micros Sunflower Microgreen Pesto (We sell these at Farmers Markets)

NY Strip Steak

Desired amount of Cooked Orzo (we cooked for 2)

Desired amount of scallops (3 for each of us)

Baguette (from Jinx Bread)

Cilantro Microgreens

Broccoli Microgreens

Radish Microgreens

Cream Cheese

How we put things together:

Started with the NY Strip Cooked to Medium Rare, rested, and sliced.

Radish infused cream cheese: I used about 4oz (half block) of cream cheese-softened, and with a spoon, I mixed in roughly chopped radish microgreens.

Sunflower Orzo:

We tossed our cooked orzo (cooked according to package) in 3 oz. of Sunflower Pesto, topped with our seared scallops and cilantro micros.

Lastly:
We toasted slices of garlic baguette, and spread with with radish infused cream cheese, sliced steak, and micro cilantro & micro broccoli.
