Spicy Microgreens Coleslaw:
2 oz Spicy Mix Microgreens
1/2 oz Cilantro Microgreens
1/2 oz Red Stem Radish Microgreens
1/4 c Red Onion chopped
1/4 c Kale thinly chopped
2 cloves garlic minced
Juice of 2 lemons and 1 Lime
1/4 c Olive Oil
1/4 c White Wine Vinegar
1 tbs Ginger Syrup
1 Thai Chile thinly chopped
Roughly chop all microgreens and mix with other ingredients, set aside.
Blackberry Aioli:
1/3 c Mayo
juice of 5-7 blackberries
2 cloves of garlic minced
Combine ingredients until smooth, set aside.
1 NY Strip
Cook to Medium Rare, let rest
6-8 Jalapeno Slider Buns
Preparation: Toast Buns, thinly slice Steak, spread buns with blackberry Aioli, lay desired amounts of steak on top of buns, drain any excess liquid from coleslaw, and top your sliders with coleslaw to complete.
