Egg Bake, Sunflower Toast, & Parfait

In the skillet we made 4 over easy duck eggs, topped with grilled lions mane mushrooms, bacon, cheese, our Spicy Mix of Microgreens and Radish Microgreens. Our first toasted bagels were topped with peanut butter and Sunflower Micros & honey, and the second was topped with avocado and sunflower seeds. And Roy also made a parfait with spicy habanero jelly, yogurt, berries, graham crackers and Cilantro Micros on top.
